Technical consultant · IT partner · Product builder
Sanna Tour JSC is one of the top 9 travel agencies in the Central Area of Vietnam, officially listed by the Sở Du lịch thành phố Đà Nẵng (Da Nang Department of Tourism). They hold strong reviews across multiple global travel platforms for their tours, transfers, and on-the-ground services.
THECODEORIGIN CO.,LTD is proud to be their technical consultant — building the company's information technology infrastructure from the ground up and partnering with them on every layer of the digital side of the business.
We work as an embedded technical partner, not a one-off vendor. The engagement spans administrative IT, the public website, internal product data, sales tooling, and a growing set of experiments in automation and AI.
We provision and run Sanna Tour's Google Workspace and Lark Suite, end to end.
sannatour.com — designed and built from the ground up.
The whole catalog, modeled into a single purpose-built data schema.
Direct data ownership for the sales team, plus one-click branded PDF export.
Experimental: product updates push straight from the catalog to the Facebook fanpage.
Experimental: Paperclip-based agents learning from operators over Zalo to automate repeats.
We set up and run Sanna Tour's day-to-day IT: Google Workspace and Lark Suite from initial provisioning through ongoing administration. Domain and mail setup, organizational units, shared-drive permission models, onboarding and offboarding, SSO for the tools the team uses every day — all kept tidy so the business side never has to think about it.
We designed and built sannatour.com end-to-end — information architecture, UX, frontend, CMS integration, and deployment. The site is fast, mobile-first, and SEO-ready, with product pages rendering directly from the same tour data the sales team edits internally. One source of truth, published for the public.
We modeled the whole catalog — tours, activities, ancillary services — into a purpose-built data schema. The same structured record feeds the website, the sales team's internal tools, the PDF export pipeline, and the social auto-posting. Change a price once and every downstream touchpoint updates with it.
The sales team owns their own data — no engineering ticket to update a price, a photo, or an itinerary. For client quotes, any tour, activity, or service exports to a branded, client-ready PDF in a couple of clicks. We tuned the workflow to how sales actually works day-to-day, instead of bolting it onto a generic CMS form.
Experimental: product updates publish straight to the Facebook fanpage via the Graph API, scheduled from inside the same catalog the sales team already edits. The marketing loop stays in lockstep with the source of truth — no parallel spreadsheet tracking what got posted last week.
Experimental: self-managing, self-learning AI agents — built on Paperclip — learn from the tour-service operations team over Zalo, the same channel customers already use. The agents observe how a human operator handles routine requests, then gradually take the repeated tasks off the team's plate without disrupting the customer-facing conversation.
Sub-solution
A compliant transportation suite that lets Sanna Tour partner with overseas operators who need a reliable ground partner in Vietnam. Rather than cramming every role into one bloated app, we split the operational loop across three coordinated mobile apps — each tuned to exactly what its user needs, and nothing they don't.
For drivers on the road. Trip list, navigation, and live status updates — minimal UI so it's usable in the 30 seconds between jobs.
For the dispatch desk. Assigns and tracks transfers in real time, with bookings from overseas partners flowing straight in.
For fleet owners. Vehicles, drivers, schedules, and utilization rolled up from the operational apps — the business view without the business spreadsheets.
